The Boone County Clerk’s Office is only responsible for collecting DELINQUENT property tax bills.

Payment Options Include:

- Pay In-Person at our Real Estate Department in the Burlington or Florence location during normal business hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- Pay By Mail: Boone County Clerk P.O. Box 874 Burlington, KY 41005
Methods of Payment:

- Cash
- Certified Check/Money Order ONLY (we no longer accept personal checks)
- Debit or Credit Card (there is a 2.75% fee associated with using a card)
PLEASE NOTE: Our office CANNOT accept partial payments on delinquent tax bills. If you are unable to pay your delinquent tax bill in full, you may call the Boone County Attorney’s Office to set up arrangements at 859-334-3200.
